1. Account Opening Form.
2. Proforma Invoice (addressed to the Meristem Finance Limited).
3. KYC documents as specified on the Account Opening Form-BVN, 2 Passport photographs, Copy of Utility bill, Means of identification such as National I.D. card, Driver’s licence, International passport (Originals for sighting).
4. Letter of intent.
5. Satisfactory Credit Report from at least two (2) Credit Bureau and Company Search with the CAC.
6. Relevant documents that will facilitate the lease.
7.Curicullum Vitae.
8. Appointment and confirmation letter or latest promotion letter (for employee).
9. Two (2) Bank Statement (6 months each) (If Individual has just one bank statement, they should provide 1year).
10. Fulfilment of any other condition as may be stated on the Offer Letter.
For Corporate
1. Account Opening Form.
2. Proforma Invoice (addressed to the Meristem Finance Limited).
3. KYC documents as specified on the Account Opening Form-BVN, 2 Passport photographs, Copy of Utility bill, Means of identification such as National I.D. card, Driver’s licence, International passport of Directors/ Snr. Management/ Authorised signatories (Originals for sighting).
4. Letter of intent including Board Resolution authorizing borrowing(under seal).
5. Satisfactory Credit Report from at least two (2) Credit Bureau and Company Search with the CAC.
6. Relevant documents that will facilitate the lease.
7. Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association (MEMAT), Forms CAC2, CAC7, CAC3 (Originals for sighting).
8. Company profile -including Name & Particulars of Directors,Senior Management and Client profiles.
9. Audited financial statement-3 years (for companies less 3 years should provide financials available).
10. Two (2) Bank Statement (6 months each) (If company has just one bank statement, they should provide 1year).
11. Detailed cashflow projection with operational assumptions for the tenor of the facility.
12. Fulfilment of any other condition as may be stated on the Offer Letter.
