- Fully completed Vehicle & Asset Finance application form
- Last 3 months pay slips
- Immediate past 6 months salary account statements (for new customers)
- Original Proforma Invoice from Stanbic IBTC Bank’s approved Vendor in the Bank’s name. (VAT inclusive).
- Letter of introduction from employer’s HR. (stating salary and confirmation)
- Copy of Confirmation letter or Current review, Copy of company ID card
- Copy of valid means of identification (preferably drivers license)
- Most recent utility bill (any of PHCN, LAWMA, telephone etc
For Corporate
- Application Letter, Company and Management Profile
- Proforma Invoice in the name of Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc (VAT inclusive)
- Last 12 months bank statement, Last 3 years audited accounts
- Latest management account (if last audited account is more than 6 months old)
- Contracts agreement documents of the company
- Statement of Revenue streams.
- Forecast Financials; Cash flow projections to cover the period (for income generating asset)
- Copies of company CAC registration documents
